Weaveworld by Clive Barker- it was the first book I read that made me say "I can do that" when I finished
The Hite Report on the Family: Growing Up Under Patriarchy by Shere Hite- it made me the feminist I am today
It's Not About the Bike: My Journey Back to Life by Lance Armstrong- I read it while I was in the hospital and it felt like Lance Armstrong was almost there holding my hand through the ordeal
Our Bodies, Ourselves by The Boston Women's Health Book Collective- it's like an owner's manual for the female body and I refer to it often
The Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis Fact Book by CCFA- when I found out I had Crohn's, I wanted to learn as much as I could about it, so I borrowed this book from the library and it helped me so much
